My Bio
Originally, BellaMorte Cosplay was composed of only three members: Ayaa, Amelia, and Suzu. After Suzu moved away, the group started to grow with Amaya's joining. More members filtered in, along with a handful of "guest" cosplayers, our friends who come to our photoshoots and dressed up as well. Since we don't live in the same town, we meet up at conventions when possible!

i am in a new area ( gainesville flordia, i just moved from another part of florida ) and am trying to get into cosplay photography, and cosplay all together, do you have any tips you wouldn't mind sharing with me

Hi, sorry for the extremely late reply! We haven't used to this site in ages. Many of us have left Gainesville and live in other cities or states now, but the best way we met other cosplayers and met others that could really help us out was by going to Swampcon there in town. Start off simple and build your social network with friends, many of our friends were always down to help us with cosplay shenanigans.

Finally have the time/money/right state of mind to be working on cosplay... Only problem is figuring out where to start! Currently trying to work with EVA foam for armor T-T
Tips? Tricks? Luck?
I'm trying to make Eva foam armor as well. I was able to find a pack of fairly large sheets at Lowe's for $20-$30. A lot of the information I've been getting is either from Pinterest or other cosplayers on the Cosplay Amino app. Many of the well known cosplayers also use Worbla for more of the decorative armor, but Eva is really good for armor like the N7 gear in Mass Effect or larger weapons. Make a paper pattern as well so you have a basic idea of how your going to do it before cutting the foam.
Well if you're getting back into cosplay, the Cosplay Amino is really helpful to get your stuff out there and getting help from other cosplayers. It's a very friendly community of cosplayers willing to help each other out. And a few of us have personal accounts on there and the other Amino communities.
you are welcome :)
I found you on a watch 4 watch group!
can you watch back as member? ^^
